Maison Anselmet's Red Wines are split into two categories: international and autochthonous.
The first category includes Pinot Noir, Merlot and Syrah with logs selected in France.
Among the autochthonous ones it can be found Cornalin, Mayolet, Petit Rouge and Fumin almost always they are vinified in purity.
For what concerns VDA Torrette Superieur PDO, it is an assemblage of autochthonous vines and it is regulated by a disciplinary quality deposited at the European Commission.
Last and not least, La Touche Rouge, it's a quality assemblage also suitable for a young audience, attracted by 'movida'.
